I'm the one publishing this website, so here's my bio in first person:
I've been making websites since '01. My work experience ranges from playing and teaching the classical guitar to truck-driving across the US. What?! If you're wondering what's this got to do with anything, keep reading. I got a Bachelors of Music with a minor in Digital Arts from Stetson University (Deland, FL). My exposure to a wide variety of folk and life-styles is key to the web design methodology I have fine-tuned over the years. I've always made an effort to think and live outside the proverbial box, and this is always reflected in my output. When taking on a new project the most important task I tackle is that of thoroughly understanding my client's target audience and what makes them tick. Believe it or not, truck-driving around the country helps this part of the process quite a bit. Your "un-boxed" strategy is safe with me!
Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.
- Antoine de Saint-Exupery75 feet underwater free dive (one breath) here; Up Mt. Wrightson the long way (10 hr. very steep hike); 5.9-5.11 rock climb with Adidas (non rock climbing shoes...might as well have done it barefoot ;-)
Great, and only great, music (playing it, making it, and appreciating it); Nueva Trova; Light back packing; hard to get to waterfalls; raw and super foods.

On June 2001, shortly after graduating from the Graphic Design Program at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Raul moved down to Miami where he's been trying his hand at design ever since. His work includes TV graphics, packaging, print and web.
Raul's approach to design always starts with understanding the task at hand. Answers to who, why and what are always thoroughly researched before any sketch or comp is put together. Informed design is his ultimate goal for every project he's involved in at sfUnique.
(He'll get to this soon)
(And this...)
Reading anything that peeks his curiosity; sports & movies (i.e. a healthy dose of entertainment)
